About US

KitchenFurniture.Biz is a division of Maple Craft USA.  We have been in business since 1960. LEARN MORE! The owners of KitchenFurniture.biz  (Joe, Steve, and Dave Kaufer), a father and sons team, are all committed Christians. We work hard to apply our relationship to Jesus in all areas of our business. We also believe we have a high calling in the furniture industry to represent Christ, and to surrender our business, by surrendering our lives to Him on a daily basis.

Payment:

All orders are 100% prepay.  We accept payments in the form of MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card statement will show that payments have been made to Maple Craft USA.  We offer secure online shopping.

Samples:

We strongly suggest that you order sample color swatches before placing your order.  The cost is $20 each (including shipping). These samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.  They are available to order online.

Lead Times:

Products ship within 5-6 weeks of being ordered. You will be notified by email when the order is ready to be shipped.
PLEASE NOTE: The fact that these products are NOT in kit form, stocked or mass produced adds value to each piece of kitchen furniture. Each piece is truly unique and hand-finished, thus the 5 to 6 week lead time.

Production:

Once the sale has been place online, the order immediately goes into production. If you have questions or concerns about the order, please submit them in writing to info@kitchenfurniture.biz or faxed to 1-800-756-9077 or call 1-800-756-8077. Order Changes and Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of placing your order. You cannot cancel your order past 48 hours.

Finish Specifications:

All of our orders are custom and one of a kind. Each furniture piece is made to your unique specifications, including finishing and hardware. Our products are hand finished and the color may vary slightly from piece to piece.  We recommend that all "groupings" of furniture be ordered at the same time so that the color match is as close as possible. All paint colors are antiqued and distressed. Our antiquing and distressing are only offered at one standard level.

Shipping:

Shipping prices are an estimate and may be increased or decreased as required.  Shipping is quoted on each order based upon service selection, weight, size, and distance to your location. Orders will be shipped via a licensed common carrier trucking company or courier service (UPS or FedEx) that offers the best service to your area. 

Standard Delivery:  This is the price that is quoted on our web site. You, the customer, are responsible to help unload the product(s) from the truck at the curbside once it arrives at your location. Inside delivery is not included in our Standard Delivery service.

Special Delivery (By Request Only): There is an upcharge for this service.  This "Special Handling" service includes inside delivery of your products, uncrating of the products, removal of debris, and light assembly.  If you require this service, please place your order online then contact our office within 24 hours to make your request.

Freight Damage:  

Maple Craft USA will not be held responsible for any damages which may occur to the products during shipment. If damage does occur it is the responsibility of the trucking company and you, the customer, to resolve the damage. The shipping of your product will be handled by a professional trucking company which services your area. If items are damaged when you receive them, please keep all damaged parts and packaging materials for inspection.

Before signing a delivery receipt make sure you have done the following:

1. Check your shipment against the delivery receipt and your order confirmation to be sure you have received all cartons listed.
2. Carefully inspect the carton(s) for damage.
3. Have the driver note any shortages or damage, even if slight, on the delivery receipt. When receiving the product it is your responsibility to notify the driver that you accept the package, “Subject to Inspection”, noting that you may later find damage. Both you the customer and the driver must sign the proof of delivery. If, you do not sign the proof of delivery and you do have damage, the claim will most likely be denied. Maple Craft USA will assist you in replacing damaged pieces. We will also help you begin communication with the shipping company. You, the customer, are responsible to work out compensation for damages with the shipping company. You must notify Maple Craft USA of any missing or damage pieces within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
4. Immediately after driver has gone, open all cartons and inspect for concealed damage. If you find damage, do not destroy the shipping cartons. Retain damaged items, cartons, and inner packing materials until notified by the shipping company or Maple Craft USA to do otherwise. You are responsible to file the claim with the trucking company with our assistance.
5. Damaged items will be replaced ASAP. You will be charged for all replacements until damages can be inspected and approved. Upon approval of a shipping claim a credit will be issued for the original damaged products.
6. No returns or repairs should be made without written authorization. Claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be made within 2 days of receipt of the order.

This Sales Agreement is a binding legal document and must be agreed upon before your order can proceed into production. Maple Craft USA (KitchenFurniture.biz) agrees to produce and ship all products included in the mutually agreed upon quotation.  

Your agreement means that you accept & understand the Contact of Sale & the order as quoted, and that you have no additional questions on terminology being used as it is stated on the website, in e-mails, or in the quoting process.
